By downloading, installing, or using ElfAnt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.
ElfAnt is a personal productivity application developed by DigiPeace LLC. It helps you:
Your task, journal, and profile data is stored locally on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, ElfAnt requests permission to read and write calendar events on your behalf, solely to show your events in the App and let you push tasks to your calendar. You can disconnect this access at any time in Settings → Google Calendar, or from your Google Account's third-party access controls.
If you enable it, trusted contacts you approve may send you tasks by messaging ElfAnt's Telegram bot. You control who is trusted, and you can revoke a contact's access at any time.
You are responsible for the content you create in the App and for keeping access to your device and connected accounts secure.

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features, availability, and syncing behavior may change or occasionally malfunction without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiPeace LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, missed reminders, or calendar sync issues.
ElfAnt is not directed at children under the age of 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
